Oath - a poem for Pythia
The sound of the clock on the damp wall is heard for the last time,
To announce that the time has come.
The knights wear dark armor
To honor with blood of the enemy.
The black sun rises behind the Alps,
To herald victory.
Gods who have been waiting for a thousand years will welcome you,
To lead you to your throne.
The death that destroys kingdoms trembles,
For you defeated him for eternity.
And now is sung, a final vow of vengeance,
For those after us to live in peace.
