In the ancient world this was also called feeding the Gods and was required to be done daily, this what you are doing feeding a higher power flow into the center of the day and thought the soul. Causing the quantum transformation process to happen.
You can see this on the images left in Egyptian Temples and even in Sumerian plates.
To not do this was "called living in sin" once again we see the jews swiped this from the Egyptians "the wages of sin is death" because not working on the Great Perfection with a daily practice leaves one on the density field of the lower octave of saturn where one is subject to its properities including sickness, accidents and death. Which is where the jewish programs are all designed to take humanity.
In ancient Egypt every person was required as civil duty to spend six weeks of the off season of the year in Temple Duty where they where instructed by the Priests in spiritual knowledge they would take home and work on daily for the rest of the year. This was the norm as well in most Gentile societies at one point and is mentioned as such in certain records. So you had a society where everyone was evolving upwards. The priest took the center path up the center of the mountain and the lay taking the slower route winding around the side of the mountain but all sooner or later arriving at the top [the Godhead].
The Royal Houses where also the Leaders and highest ranking of the Priests. The King being a Priest King as the most spiritually advanced of society and the Queen being the same hence all their children and children of such houses where going to be born naturally very advanced. As we are dealing with metagenics. Being the highest evolved they where also the holders and teachers of the spiritual craft naturally. Hence to what most today would view as an double role is actually not a duality.
Not having a practice was considered so vile that people could be expelled from society for it, the Aryans started one who is not twice born [that also means practicing] is the lowest scum on the earth to paraphase.
Looking at what society becomes like when spiritual practice is almost non-existant. It's obvious they where right.
Infact the entire reason for the Kali Yuga in the ancient texts at the heart of it all is, beings simply have no spiritual practice anymore and spirituality has been replaced by sentimentality and religion by corruptions of the symbolic language into literalism and all the knowledge removed which leads back to the first point.

Yes I have noticed that not only is energy flowing from my chakras,and I can strongly feel it,but the vibration and buzzing is getting stronger,even when I am not in meditation.
