How do you stay calm/lazy while meditating when you actually have to visualize for eg: visualizing white gold light for aura cleansing and chakras. When I think nothing that's when i feel calm and no strain in my head. When I start focusing or visualize I feel like my brain nervers getting strained. I mean I feel strain in head and body then. I think im missing out on something.
How am I supposed to keep calm when I have to use my brain to visualize and focus on my cleaning chakras cuz then it actually gets strained.
