I have come to see that a lot of negative emotions and thoughts are not my own. I cut off the unknown tunnels that streams this negativity in. I cut off this stream of energy that drains me of my true energy which is unlimited.
I snap the useless cords that tries to traps this energy within me.
For I am of those who are 'within'. not 'without'!
I am refreshed and made strong again, no longer weak.
Now I recognize bad thoughts not generated by me are NOT MY OWN!
I banish them forever! So Mote It Be By Me!
