Nose bleeds

Does anyone get nose bleeds when they wake up almost randomly? I think this has to do with doing a'lot of meditation at once. i think this nose bleed might have happened to me after some crown chakra meditation or that 1 hour session of yoga i did that i probably followed with some meditation. Does anyone experience these nose bleeds am i going to fast? Doing the breathing exercises to intensely?

Any bleeding from mediation is a sign of too much heat. The heat accelerates the blood circulation and burns the vessels and hence the blood comes out. If you are doing a lot of fire breathing (solar chakra abdominal breathing) or basically any major chakra work on the lower three (Base, sacral and solar) then heat generation can be a problem. Try to balance what you do with upper and lower and don't focus on any one chakra for too long without balance. Breathing exercises done too intensely will induce significant heat and prana into the lungs which is why the bleeding is from the nose.
