You could argue this type of meme only if more had not leaked even in some of the mainstream media channels that life is horrible most places in North Korea. It's true yeah the capital of North Korea maybe a really nice place to live but not free and it's not the majority of the population. It's mostly not Potential people of the Gods that live there also just like in Soviet Union and really nice places in China.
