Hey I was thinkin, why are we still calling the gods demons? I know it just sounds so smooth, guardian demon. But if we want to get the newer members to feel more secure not using the common steriotype? We could still abreviate it gd but why don't we call them... I don't know guardian diety, its basically a synonym for god. Both can be used to describe a "supreme being" so to speak.

basically d(a)emon means guardian or guide in greek so guardian demon fits just well together :)

http://www.angelfire.com/empire/serpent ... aemon.html

By saying words that xianity ripped-off and twisted like Satan (truth in sanskrit), D(a)emons, and Hell (ripped off from Norse "Hel") we just show people this thing, that christianity has nothing of its own and these words predated christianity.

So you wanna change the name ( Demons ) cuz it doesn't sounds *nice* enough ?
And they are not "gods".

Where the name demon/daemon comes from.

" In Greek myth, an intermediate spirit between men and Gods. Daemons such as the one who guided Socrates act as councilors and guardians to human beings. "

I don't see why you'd want to change theyr names and it seems offending to me ... strongly dissagre :\

Hail Satan!

well we still call Father, Satan,  even though Satan means aderversary or enemy. i think it is because they have been called those names for so many thousands of years that they got used to it? ya it think it would reassure the newer members to not be as afraid, but they will have to know the truth and stereotypes our Fathr is okay with as names. i think they are demons because they were banished so the are godly, but are godly demons? i don't know

Well the Demons ARE the original Pagan Gods and you can find that both by simillarities in their myhtologies and names and if you ask Them. Beelzebub for example is Baal, the Philistine God and is also known as Enlil and Odin. Astaroth is even more obvious than that, she is Astarte/Ishtar/Inanna/Isis (the names reveal everything here). Thats what God is supposed to mean, real beings that obtained immortality and power not a invisible intangible spook in the sky which xianity claims.
