Suppose,  i choose THURISAZ to send negative destructive energy to enemy jews Daily. How should I work with runes in black magic? I did destrucion ritual before but just want to confirm,want to know correct right ways to do it.  and also let me know how to do it without Runes?

There are many ways to do it without runes, check the 'Satanic Witchcraft' section of the JoS.

As to how to do it with the Thurisaz rune, it is very much the same in the rituals, or the working we've been doing against the vatican that HoodedCobra provided. You raise the negative energy through Vibration, program the energy with Affirmation, then direct the energy with Visualisation.

You can also use sigils, this would primarily be used during ritual however, and burnt after it was charged and programed with the negative energy, again through Vibration and Affirmation. You can do destruction rituals every Saturday and Tuesday, as these are the best days for this type of ritual. Perhaps design a quick and simple ritual for yourself to perform every week on these days, or just one of these days.
