Thanks. I really had been trying lately. Either staying up til 3 or 4 or setting an alarm for it. I just wish I had more time to be out in the sun but breaking it up thank you for that. Lol I don't know why I hadn't thought of it. I've been doing alot of binding spells lately along with reciting rosaries and some AOPs Lydia posted and RTRS. I've gotten little to no sleep lately but honestly it is way more than worth it. Thanks for your help and advice

I recommend doing the return curses that HP Maxine Put up it
really does help.



It must be hard within a group that's true but
there's always loop holes in the group ur in.

If there isn't just make ur own holes go outside go to
ur car even do a little in the shower.



The other thing sure the video say it also but try to do
Surya under the sun for that's strongest there.



Just a thing to Surya if u can't do it all at one
sitting break it up during the day do mult of 9s thru the
whole day.



The AoP is ur a big part of it as it was said already find
room to do it and it will help to reflect alot that was sent
to u.
