I have a question about Guardian Demons.
I dedicated about two years ago, and shortly after asked for a guardian. I couldn't see her, but I could hear her in a barely audible whisper. The name Kaleafa came to me. Lately it has seemed that she disappeared. Do guardians leave after sone time? Is it possible that she was a figment of my imagination?
Secondly: I've been practicing the basic meditations about once a week, but I still don't feel any energy or difference. Any advice?
