You will understand it. It's gradual, you will go from one point to another. it's like when you start in any step course/path, like a language course, sports or whatever.

Once you finish the program , you will know when the time for you to go future ahead will be. Once all is completed, then you will build your own program and do as much more then before because your soul will adjust to the new bioelectricity level.

Instead of focusing about the other 2 levels, focus on the current stage and bother about the other when time comes, all takes time, we all start from somewhere.
