"When we freed the Demons in 2002-03, they all bolted their wings, indicating their power was restored to them"

I'm new to JOS... actually an atheist, but I do find this whole thing interesting. Anyway I was just wondering if anyone could clarify what this sentence means? I've seen it referred to a few times on the JOS page... freed the demons from what, and how?

They were deprived from their full power after they lost the war 10000 years ago against the enemy aliens, as they could not be killed. So the enemy felt the right to spread all lies about Satan and the Gods to mantain us alway from our true Gods.

If I recall correctly, they were spiritualy bound by our enemy because they were outnumbered, considering everything that happened in that period (for example Inquisition; they killed over milion of pagans) it is no wonder that we got outnumbered.

And about how, simply through magickal working.
