New with meditations

My other question unfortunately didn't get posted so I'll ask again: So here's my question: Which exact meditations must I do if I'm brand new?? It's pretty obvious I can't do any chakra/energy meditations yet so which ones do I need to do and is essential that I must!? Hello.
Assuming you have already performed the dedication ritual, it is best to begin with HP Zevios's 40 days meditation program. You can even find it on google
Basically, you first need to open your chakras... But also to learn how to clean your aura and chakras (the most important of all) and to daily do aura of protection, at least twice a day.

I really suggest Zevios's program as it also explains why things must be done in that order.

Fadiinflames the links that Zola gave are all very important excersises that need to be done if you want to build power, on top of that you don't put in any effort to explain your bullshit attitude or give any links to help the person asking for advice. 

The first thing new members need to do is read the JoS in it's entirety and re-read it again. All meditations from the beginners section should be studied first and the ones that Zola linked to are the best ones to start with for a person with no experience with meditation. 

Chakra meditation and opening the soul comes after this, because a complete newby most likely won't be able to grasp that. 

Not to mention that there is no "useless crap" on the JoS and if you think so then this is not the place for you. All the information on meditations that is available on the JoS is information that HP Pythia has recieved from lord Azazel and there are meditations there for people at all levels of advancement. 

Obviously you have not advanced yet in any substantial way if you have such a retarded attitude.

Thanks guys. It just gets me pissed off, when all I was trying to do was help. But hey, it revealed a troll. That's a good thing. And I just want to add that all the meditations on JoS are useful, and are not 'crap'. When someone says its crap, they are denigrating HP Pythia's efforts and also that of the Gods who helped her with these, which are posted for our benefit. And that makes me hot too. HP Pythia has put in a LOT of sweat and effort for us. This needs to be respected and appreciated for the gift that it is.
