New to this and i have some basis questions

I'm new to this and very intrigued by what I've seen on here all this information about stuff that always peeked my curiosity. I want to dedicate myself to Satan soon. I also always been interested in telekinesis but I know its advanced. My question is how can I start and build myself up to that like maybe you can link me to information I would be really grateful!
