New to Satanism

Hail Satan! I am also new to Satanism. I have dedicated myself to Satan and read/ studied all I can. I have been following posts, learning a great deal. Learning new things and ideas with ea post. It's like a light has been turned on and for the first time, I can see! I feel strengthened and empowered! Hail Lord Satan!!

No, there're no "meetings" or anything like that. In fact it's been said here many times that this sort of thing is very dangerous as there are many infiltrators in those groups. Especially if a person is new here is not advised to try to meet with anyone. If someone is new what he needs to do is study the website, practice and study for a year or two and then if he is a regular member here for a long time he may find other people who are also trusted members and meet with them. But not advised at all if you just join to ask about meeting. It's very dangerous. An experienced person doesn't ask questions like that, he simply can happen to communicate with many trusted people here and find one in his area.

I would recommend following the links below to get started. It is a lot of reading and a lot of information. But that is what we are all about, learning and bettering ourselves. It is always good to see more people joining to better the Universe. Never be afraid to ask any questions, as there are many of us here to help.

Uh hi so um I'm new to satanism I'm 16 I just converted last week from Christianity. I already did a dedication ritual and I was wondering what should I do? I mean I dedicated myself to Satan but now I don't exactly know what I should do. Should I try meditating? Should I try to summon a guardian demon? Please give me some advice. I also have a few more questions.
Can I still talk to my Christian friends?Can I use a red candle when it comes to rituals and summoning things? (Parents are hella Christians and know I'm satanic so they won't let me get a black or a blue)How can I summon a demon to help me grow psycically stronger and help me as I grow closer to Satan?Last but not least,Is incense necessary for summoning demons? (I have no way of getting some)

I would like to first say ive been a Satanist for about 2 years but been fascinated with the occult since i got my first copy of Liber ABA by Aleister Crowley. I would like to take this time to thank and praise Volac and Asmodeus for their help in these recently troubled times i have encountered.

I don't know if this will work... seeing as a lot of post were from a few years back but it's worth a shot.
My name is Elyse but you can call me Ely.  I am currently trying to find myself once again in terms of beliefs.  A quick background, I was born and pretty much raised under Catholicism... pretty much being forced to believe in something that I didn't feel comfortable with at all; since I was a little girl. Always felt like something was off and because of that, dreaded Sundays.  Anyway, as I approached my teens I started to look elsewhere (behind my parent's backs) for other religious views.  I then came across Paganism and took that route because I felt closer to home.  Even so, however, I still didn't feel complete though it was a lot better than where I was previously.  Satanism has weighed heavily on my mind for some time but there are so many sub-groups or sub-traditions that I don't even really know where I fall under or where to begin.  Not to mention the line blurs in some areas.  I do know that I am a spiritual person which is why I have taken a liking to Theistic Satanism.  So, now I am here.
A question I do have (and I apologize if this isn't the place to post it) is do Theistic Satanist believe in the same Satan as Christians or is he a complete and entirely different deity; unrelated?  I know I read about Hell and it being nothing of the sort that Christians are lead to believe...that angels take people to a different hell.  Again I apologize, I have done so much reading in the past days that I think I may have confused myself with two different forms of Satanism.
I would greatly appreciate hearing back from someone.  Thank you.

Hi Joy of Satan Okay so I'm completely new at this. I have been raised (and is still living) in a xtian home, due to the fact that I'm here it is needless to say that I am absolutely sick of the xtian lies I have been fed all my life. Being told that the "higher power" will provide and heal and comfort and all that utter BS is just not doing it for me. All my life I have had doubts, but due to fear I have not considered the possibility of looking into finding some truths...but I have had enough now. I can no longer stand to live a lie. So here I am, hoping that someone here can help me and lead me maybe. I have not done any rituals or made pacts or anything of sorts, I would like to be sure of what it is that I'm doing if I am to do anything, so, please, if there is a high priest that I can contact via email or even whatsapp, please let me know? I hope to hear from you soon Angie

i'm not really that good at this introduction thing, so I guess i'll just jump right in. I was raised in two different "religions" growing up: Paganism from my mother and Christianity from my dad's side of the family and this one family we were friends with, both of which didn't feel right. i'm 19 now, almost 20, and an internet friend of mine (after discovering a mutual interest/attachment to the band Ghost) linked me to the JoS website. after reading a while (I haven't read everything yet), some of it is starting to resonate with me. however, after being told by my mother that my interests/gender identity/sexuality/et c. is/are "just a phase", i'm a little nervous about this turning out to actually be a phase and, as a result, am not fully certain in my spirituality yet, but since reading a bit of that site (I read more of it every day), anything to do with Christianity (i.e. references to their Bible and people saying "God/Jesus loves you" to me [even family members]) gives me a negative feeling. any advice?
