Hi,i am new in Hell¨s Army 666,and i'm italian. I've started the spiritual warfare training for satanists. I have a question: is feeling of mental falling needed in order to reach a deep trance? Do you have some advice for me (not only about trance)?

doing the void meditations will make it eaiser to fall into a trance

1. The usage of repeated rhythms can also induce trance
2. Visual driving is another method used for generating trance in human mind.
3.Kinesthetic driving is another method or inducing trance. Movement of the body by dance or story telling can be used for inducing a trance. Other are rituals, breathing exercises, yoga, or sexual stimulation The sense of feeling, touch and emotions are used to generate trance.
