New HoS - where to report bugs?

First I want to say the new site is really beautiful, and the layout is superb. Thank you to everyone involved for these great changes!

Understandably this kind of work comes with hiccups and needs time to be perfected, and as I've encountered one I'd just like to know where we should report them?

My dashboard is showing me as being on Tier 0, and the features for 1 and up are locked. I tried to request a higher tier with the note that it's an error, and got a dialogue saying that my requested level must be higher than my current one.

There's a 'feedback' link under support at all the way at the bottom of the page, directly under the Eye of Ra.

The problem I mentioned seems to be a once off or intermittent. I'll report there if it's the latter.
