I wouldn't say I'm exactly new to this. I been looking and thinking about a year and a half. I'm 19 now bout to turn 20 but I still live in a strict home. I can't psychically do the Dedication. I did read that I could do it within my Astral Temple for now until I'm actually able to do the ritual. I can't denie that have very short patience.I can't exactly visualize and hold my concentration to even see the temple. I was once told on ToS that meditating and going into a deep trance would help me be able to visualize it better. But when I do try to meditate/ deep trance I cannot stay focus longer than maybe 15-20 minutes. Is there any advice to help me on this matter? ( I have reap about visualizing climbing down a latter then falling off it but not even that seemed to work.)

Instead of sitting up, try lying down when going down the ladder and falling off of it. Just don't do it when you're sleepy.
