New and confused

Hello there

since the last 2-3 months something is "haunting " my friend and its aggresive cuz it tried to choke me and holds me down at night something follows me every where i go in that house i realy confuses me and freaks me out that i tryed to choke me is their anyway of revealing and/or banishing the demon/spirit from the house?

I think theres a banishing ritual on the ToZ website,if not show some power and kick that shit head around,if a spirit choked me i would fucking tear it apart.Be aggressive,if its a strong spirit though i think you may be able to close your chakras and ignore its attacks,not too confident about that though....
