Yes. Stick with meditations that are most beneficial and comfortable for you as an individual. You can really ruin yourself if you go too much too fast. You would have to be gradual with the meditations you do, if you did some advanced meditations then suddenly stopped doing them and switched to some more basic ones, you would most likely feel an energy drop and the consequences that come with that. If I was in your situation, I would reduce the repetitions of whatever advanced meds I was doing slowly until I can change to more basic and beneficial meditations. This is so the soul is able to adjust better to the changes that are happening.
