Is it best to never speak any negative thought about the future to help prevent it from manifesting or would that just repress it and make it worse?

When I get have a negative thought about something I care about, it would then make me anxious but then I’d try to avoid speaking it or talking about it to myself or others in fear that it will help manifest it. But then I feel it’s repressed in me and when I do speak it out I feel a sense of release.

Which is better, to speak about what you’re afraid of or to avoid that to keep it away from manifesting?

The intrusive thoughts of a negative future for myself and the subsequent strong negative feelings caused by that thought are still there since I can’t decide these. There’s also a lot of depression as well caused by an apathetic view of life where I just think “what’s the point?”

It’s like I’m cursing myself without wanting to and I don’t know how to escape it.

It feels like a damned if you do, damned if you don’t situation. Whether I decide or not to speak about it I feel like I just cursed myself again and it’s much harder to re-raise positive energy and clean myself when the negative feelings come back strongly and intensely, especially in stressfull situations.

I’ve been cleaning my chakras more thoroughly especially the ones that seem to be behind all of these feelings and I’ve seen improvements.

I’ll be experimenting with colors and affirmations as well.

I just want to know what else I can do and an answer on whether it’s better to speak or not to speak, as speaking is a form of creation and I obviously don’t want to create that negative future. It’s keeping me in a negative state and I don’t like it.

From my experience the more strongly you feel about something the bigger the outcome is if you put it to words more often than not.

i have days where something appears in my head and i feel such a strong emotion to it that it just simmers in my brain until eventually i let it out in some form or another. And does it have an effect? Yes it does.

As for the intrusive thoughts, it’s best to try to ignore them as they’re not reflective of your actual thoughts. You have to learn how to differentiate between them.

Which is better, to speak about what you’re afraid of or to avoid that to keep it away from manifesting?

Try to make yourself fight against what you fear. Saying that you’ll conquer your fears even if it seems futile is better than succumbing to the negativity, because if you do, the negativity and your fears manifest tenfold
