Okay I have a bowl I use for destruction ritual and the other one I use for other ritual if I  put them together like sit them inside each other will the negative energy spread to the other bowl if so how do I clean the bowl of negative energy

In my personal opinion I don't see it as a good idea to mix energies up. If you want to get rid of the negative energy (which I think you should always do after its task is complete) just will it to disappear and imagine it dissolving into the void.

You can also use white sage to smudge and clean it, then afterwards engulf the bowl with white gold energy of the sun, programmed to remove all negative energy and render it neutral or positive energy.

Please forgive me but I really don't understand what you mean im slow I got papers saying I have mental issues and I'm ADHD add ocd odd and im bipolar so if you will please explain to me how to do that
