need help with meditation

I am on the beginners meditation and i wanted to know if i should read the whole column on do each one by one. also the order i should start or the most important ones to focus on. thank you HAIL FATHER SATAN

Now, as a beginner you could do breathing exercises, yoga (it is important, when starting a meditation to keep doing it every day), opening your chakras of course and so on... Don't do everything that's on the beginner's list. Begin bit by bit.
