I justlike to make a post here, hope you guys won’t judge. I’m still in my 40 days meditation period (26/40) and it feels like I’m doing it for a long time. I lose job last year and took 1 year rest. I’m in mid 30’s and feeling sort of insecurity with career and relationship. I already stopped taking anti depressant for long time but still taking some sleeping pills. I’m a silent type of a person, an EMPATH but still trying to mingle with people.

I tried not taking pills for a day but mind at the moment keeps on having different thoughts.One moment I’m about to cry but able to handle or stop it. I don’t know if this is something to do with spirituality or I’m just lonely and need someone to talk to.
 
Moon square for mastery over feelings and emotions, sun square for confidence , Jupiter square for an expansion in positive emotions , kriyas and mantras for all chakras mainly ground.

There’s plenty of ways to overcome this.
You mean like out of no where you sort of feel like crying or in a sudden negative crisis? Don’t let depression sink you.
 
I’m sorry I meant to say mainly ground yourself the breathe of fire in your chakras and kriyas for your throat and sacral chakras
