ok there are a few important things i am going to ask about first one is that before I was a satanist and knew anything about meditation i ended up opening my 3rd eye and my pineal gland so I am wondering if that has affected me negatively. I dont think it has but I think i need to do more meditation on my pineal and 3rd eye because i cannot see swirling colors I dont think its anything bad i just think i have not been consistent enough. I remember the day i opened my pineal gland it was amazing and i dont seem to have any problems physically but I find it very hard to get in a deep trance state and I find I can only reach that level if i astral travel. Again I think I might just need to do more meditation on my pineal as well to counter that. the one last thing I want to know your opinion on is that today I meditated on my third eye, pineal gland, heart chakra and throat chakra and vibrated some of the chants today so i could feel them and meditate on them further will this effect me negatively in the future or is it ok? I then opened the solar chakra, sacral and the base chakra and I'm not sure I did the correct number of vibrations on the names especially the base chakra I think I did more then seven and I took the ruse with the s on it and put it where my tailbone was I actually felt the energy go up my spine and up to my crown and my back was sweating up the middle it felt really nice but i want to know if doing these things the way I did them will result in anything bad in the future and if i can fix it if that's the case.
