Hey I wanna ask if breathing in black energy is bad because some ppl say grey energy is a no-no but I'm not sure about black because I have this problem with energy breathing any color I breathe in especially white always turns black before it comes into my body but I stop breathing so that the energy doesn't come into me and I'm scared because the last time I absorbed black energy due to this problem I have, my whole back started hurting real bad like as if sum1 stuck a knife in it and started carving it. So please if any can help me. I need to know because I'm trying to make a katana out of energy but it always turns black... it sucks cuz it slows down my progress in Zevism. Well i wouldnt exactly say that sucking in black energy is the greatest thing for you as both black and grey energy is used in death spells. I recommend you do the "How To Clean Your Aura" meditation on the TEMPLE OF ZEUS website. Also just check your opened chakras to see if they are ok. Make sure there fuctioning normally. They should be bright and clean.
