Need a guide on where to start

Hi all,
  I'm looking to get some basic information on where to start with the meditations. I'm very new and need a little bit of info on opening my third eye. Any links or full on explanations for those that have the time are very appreciated.

There's a basic meditation program and yoga program in the Meditations, Power Meditations section.Don't forget to do aura of protection, cleaning and opening the chakras.
