Necromonicon Dice! How are they meant to be used?

Hello, I was hoping if any one could offer some help and guidance on how to use Necronomicon Dice.
I discovered that along side other products www.thedice shop.com sold them.

I was wondering if someone knew what and even how the were to be used?
I was also really hoping that some one would know a book which has relation to the Necronomicon. A book which specifically gives instructions to opening time and method portals. As I came across something which gave instructions recently and cant just place my finger on it.

I had imagined that perhaps the dice mite have a clue.

I am interested in looking at magic forcasting for traveling on the astrial plain. Traveling on the astrial plain to take me to what and where I want to go, Also Complete projects and tasks effectivly.
I already pocess some of the skills. Was hoping that further assistance may be obtained here.

I would like to also use these attributes to expand and build a coven at some point, given time and dedication.

I read the Jos Site info on the History of the Necronomicon, which was really usefull to know.
But what is with the dice?
Are they used like Tarot?
