My problem with mails and myself..

Hi,I'd like to know how to read Y! mails if I am signed from a diffrend account. I can't just read them..
 Other thing... Last time I am in a deep emotional mess. Last year I practiced spiritual growth about 3 hours a day; since Yule I practice 8 hours.. I see a clear progress in a diffrend spiritual aspects, but sometimes it seems to me that I'm gonna explode.. I try to use it only for RTR's, but sometimes I have a big problem with rule over this power.. So..
Sorry if my last posts offended someones Humans.. Sorry for my agresion and rudeness.. Because of that I decided to stop express anything till my emotions come back to order. But I'm still gonna read JoS posts for learn knowledge and english.

Why in the world would you do EIGHT hours of meditating?? This is insane, and unnecessary. You need to change your meditation program, I can't possibly think what you're doing for 8 hours a day.

As for reading yahoo mails from another account, you need to be a member of this group, in order to read the messages of the group. So, if you are not a member of this group from your other yahoo account, then you need to join the group from that account as well.

Again, in regards to meditating, a meditation routine on a daily basis should consist of the following:
Basic Meditation Program  
HP Maxine has actually made several posts in regards to this subject.

If they could meditate that long tapapa then they should. No such thing as too much if you truly believe you should. It goes by person to person. Maybe a large portion is void meditation which is a great thing or building a powerful protective aura. Either way it is up to them. I do remember cobra saying if you try to rush through it you will get no where though.
