So my mom has a problem of clicking every thing on the internet, my computer and has gotten viruses in it several times. About a year ago there was this one daily astrology thing she signed up to and she would receive and weekly e-mail with her astrology for the week. At first I thought its ok since she doesn't know that I'm satanic and this would open her up to new things. Then, she got many items from this "person" for free! She got many Buddhist prayer beads and essence sticks, she has not ask for them nor paid for them. Today she got this book called "magickal forces" it has no author and it was published in India , its content are of modern Wicca ( with twisted pagan ways and definitely xian filtered) and this medallion came with it,

I have seen a 7 point star before in tarot's but never used in this way with a upward pentangle with a weird picture in the center with a square .. And on top of it all , this came with an invitation to a occult course
this screams bad news to me and my mother is definitely getting weirded out. Aside from the fact that we need to get these people of our backs, this symbol has me curious and I can not find it in any of my dictionaries or books of amulets and talismans .. Any one have any insight? just thought i would throw it out there..

I would also like to add that women have an advantage over men. I guess its their monthly cycles that contain extremely powerful energy. I read this somewhere, it said something about women having something called shakti, some powerful energy that can be used for magical uses.

And on top of it all , this came with an invitation to a occult course this screams bad news to me and my mother is definitely getting weirded out. Aside from the fact that we need to get these people of our backs, this symbol has me curious and I can not find it in any of my dictionaries or books of amulets and talismans .. Any one have any insight? just thought i would throw it out there..

what Ian has said is incorrect no doubt. but this is a place for help and support. putting each other down is not nessacary. correcting each other and positive critisism is a good thing, but try not to do so in a negative manner. Monie, i understand what Ian has said has offended you, but the manner of which you responded to Ian was not called for, at all. although what you say is true, and i respect that, it has also opened my eyes wider. i myself is not completely "comfortable" with homosexuals, but i am trying to get over this irratation of discomfort. thank you. Ian, every signle soul on this planet is individual, some are stronger than us, others are weaker. if you know females who are spiritually "weaker" than you, that down not mean that the whole sex is weaker than you, or the male sex. and how are you sure that they would be spiritually weaker? this is just a curious interest.
