my hand ached after i left a trance

ok so I went into a trance for the first time and I started working on my astral temple. then my head felt like it was being squished and I came kinda suddenly. then I noticed my hand was aching. is this an effect from the trance or the pendulum around my arm or what? HAIL SATAN!!!

I had the same problem, it's probably just some unsettling energy.  Just remember to breath and focus, that's what I did and it went away, just be patient.
