My 3rd eye

hello I do the 40 day program and I do it every day I feel better since this beginning my 3rd eye has to bet it to open I have been doing it for 4 days and nothing apart from small pains head that lasts 2-10 min do you have any advice?

After the days for the opening you have to continue meditating on the third eye for a long time and so you have to be patient.

Yeah. Do not expect miracles in such a short period of time. Take things as they come. After all, this is a lifelong journey across multiple lives so take that into consideration.
