[Rogue]

As I sat today, in my Father's home, I was pondering. This day is supposed to be the epitome of the Christian Faith. This day is supposed to the ultimate sacrifice of one man for salvation of "his People."
As a Satanist, I find this rubbish.
My concern was this, "What would these people, My Family, do if this would turn into the "Burning Times" again?"
This may sound like paranoia, but I'm sure the people and brethren of ours never saw themselves turned on by the people they loved.
We all know that people will do the damnedest things when cornered. Would their fear of persecution be stronger then their love for us?
We all know their "God" let Cain slay Abel. He also wanted Abraham to slay his son as proof his love for "God."
Would they, the people that we trusted for our on well being in our youth, stand at our trials and testify against us?
Would they watch us burn for the "Glory of their "God?"
My family knows I am a "Heathen." But they have no idea I am a Satanist. I have voiced my opinions on their beliefs and tried to show them where it is a religion of lies. But, even though they agree with some things, you can see the fear they have when they start to see through the Dogmatic Bullshit.
How strong the fear is that if they open their minds, they might offend "God" and be sent to Hell.
IT is a sobering feeling to think that you can't trust your own family. But, in most cases, their love for "God" can and will take precedence over their love for you.
This we must think of as Satanists.
Like I was told by a Gunnery Sargent in the Marines, " If they ain't wearing a U.S.M.C. uniform, you can't trust 'em."
If they ain't Satanists........Well, you get it.

Yea, I had the same problem all my life with my sister, even before I was a Satanist.  I was a brat if I wanted something and terrible if I did something for myself.  Needless to say my sister is a very selfish person and will do nothing unless it is what she want to do and where she wants to go.  Needless to say, the rest of the family have just started to avoid her.  There was a tee shirt issue with the upcoming family reunion and it was her idea and she went ahead and order them.  We told her we were never interested in it and won't wear them and she replied we are letting the family down.  Then they was an issue where my daughter cleaned her house and gave her ten dollars to share between her and her boyfriend.  She could afford more and my daughter needed extra money at that time.  We had an argument over her taking advantage and she felt all the birthday gifts she gave her over the years should have been ample payment.  She has told everybody how mean I am to her over both issues.  Yes she tell people I am the crazy one but she is obsessive compulsive and has never gone beyond emotional jr high school even though she has collage degrees   So you are not alone, continue to stand up for yourself because if you cave in, they will continue and you are still going to be nothing to them no matter what.   In a message dated 8/4/2010 3:54:12 P.M. Thats kind of surprising. but... at the same time, it's really not surprising at all. did someone actually state this to you, or acknowledge this? that would really be something else.
 I can even see where some bible thumping Idiot could come up with that kind of idea.
Because I know from expierience that a pretty large number of the population appreciates Creativity, intelligence, and Originality.

I have noticed that lately there is a trend among xians where intelligence is actually considered evil. I have always valued intelligence and creative thinking as positive traits. I guess I just always assumed that it was a positive thing for everybody else too.
It seems now some of them are actually taking pride in their LACK of intelligence. They act like the fact that they just spout their babble nonsense without thinking logically is something that makes them better and more "spiritual" than other people who really use their brains. The truth may make their brains explode if they were to think about it.

I have noticed that lately there is a trend among xians where intelligence is actually considered evil. I have always valued intelligence and creative thinking as positive traits. I guess I just always assumed that it was a positive thing for everybody else too.
It seems now some of them are actually taking pride in their LACK of intelligence. They act like the fact that they just spout their babble nonsense without thinking logically is something that makes them better and more "spiritual" than other people who really use their brains. The truth may make their brains explode if they were to think about it.

Yes that's right--Father says himself we shouldn't give ourselves away. In my family, it would be suicide to tell them I'm a Satanist-- boy would that give them the ammunition against me they crave! Anyway, anyone who is meant to come to Satan will do so on his or her own--we don't need to proselytize.

As I sat today, in my Father's home, I was pondering. This day is supposed to be

Would they, the people that we trusted for our on well being in our youth, stand
at our trials and testify against us?
Would they watch us burn for the "Glory of their "God?"
My family knows I am a "Heathen." But they have no idea I am a Satanist. I have
voiced my opinions on their beliefs and tried to show them where it is a
religion of lies. But, even though they agree with some things, you can see the
fear they have when they start to see through the Dogmatic Bullshit.
How strong the fear is that if they open their minds, they might offend "God"
and be sent to Hell.
IT is a sobering feeling to think that you can't trust your own family. But, in
most cases, their love for "God" can and will take precedence over their love
for you.
This we must think of as Satanists.
Like I was told by a Gunnery Sargent in the Marines, " If they ain't wearing a
U.S.M.C. uniform, you can't trust 'em."
If they ain't Satanists... .....Well, you get it.
