multiple struggles

Avatar6eus6enki62 min to read

I have gotten sick twice this month, with some random cold, no fever or anything both times. This always happens when I am emotionally overburdened (school),
It is very annoying and gets in the way when I am not at all able to stay home and rest since I usually deal with this on long weekends. I am drinking organic teas and take homeopathic medication.

When I try to clean my aura I feel better temporarily, but it doesn't do much to chip away at it. I do have time for meditations but I just use my electronics to distract myself or "wind down".
I thought I could focus, but there are always like ten layers of dialogue playing and I can never quiet my mind.

Along with that, my eyelids have been twitching wildly on and off, I've never had this happen to me before. I looked it up and it said it is caused by stress or fatigue.
I missed my period this month on top of this, It's nearly a whole undertaking in itself.

I can only do so much to reduce this. My sports' season is starting next week and I'm hurrying to get my act together.
I am still gonna attend practices that run late to try and make up for incompetence.

Ideally I should just make time for meditations but sitting with my emotions is torturous because I literally never do.
The only time I had to sit with anything was being in (ed) hospitals and treatment, and fighting a relapse on top of this is a bit too much to bear right now and I'm just gasping for air.

These events have me feeling pretty disoriented and sensory issues are making me quite insane. I do have issues with regulating myself and take on some bad behaviors that only get me in trouble and exacerbate things. This was a little rushed but any advice helps.

Very long update: My cold is now resolved and I feel alright for the most part. The only thing now is the TCM specific issues.

I went to sleep a bit earlier (two nights ago), I did some Hatha asanas because they feel nice and I didn't wanna move around too much.
I always feel a bit hyperactive at night because I get VERY hot when I'm going to bed, my room temperature is cool, and I have an air purifier.
But when I get hot my blankets do too, it is very hard to regulate, and because of the temperature polarities my eczema itches really bad.
I have a bit of edema constantly but my leg swelling is quite noticeable at the end of the day. I am not overweight though.

two nights ago I woke up very early literally clawing at my hands and body also. I had to stop myself because the patches are already red as it is.
I have been drinking trace minerals and eating foods that are meant to help with the aforementioned issues.
I do have an autoimmune disease if that changes anything, namely celiac. I have not eaten gluten in years though, and there is obviously no exposure I could have gotten in the past year because I am very meticulous with my diet.

This is starting to give a picture of Damp Heat... There is nothing wrong with seeking help, and we deal with people seeking help every day.

If the bowels are not moving, and there is fluid build up, the kidneys can also be impaired.. It's fairly important to get a professional consultation to assess your concerns and help you with them, before they get worse.

I do offer distance consultations for herbal medicine and lifestyle, under the thread 'Confidential Chinese Medicine Consultations' in the health forum, however you may benefit from some actual Acupuncture, sooner rather than later.

Alright, I guess I could try to get my parents on board. Thank you, I am very grateful for your educated advice. :-)
