I do the opening chakras meditation daily, but the page is missing a mudra for the 6th chakra. I know there is one for the 3rd eye but it's only the extension of the 6th chakra and not the actual mudra, or am I wrong?
So I've always used the mudra for the crown chakra as a substitute, as the crown activates the 6th and pineal gland and works together, but I'm wondering if there is an actual specific mudra for the 6th chakra in particular. As well as the pineal gland.
