I'm having acupuncture sessions, but I don't have access to as many sessions as my doctor recommends, so I'd like to reinforce what's being done.
According to my acupuncturist, I have deficiencies in my liver and stomach system, and my spleen is more activated than it should be. I know there are elemental issues involved but I have little knowledge of how this actually works. Is there any way to strengthen or balance these organs and their involved elements with yoga and similar practices?
