I love the classic Rosemary's Baby. It shows Satanists in a fairly neutral/decent light, and freaked out the xian establishment so much in the 60's that The Exorcist was made to scare the sheep back to the church. I like anything from that time period, actually, when the "Occult Revival" including Witchcraft didn't have the fluffy-bunny new age stain on it. My first exposure to the Occult was from books and people of that time; it was such a different animal than the mainstream stuff out there today.
Also love The Devil's Advocate. Satan is shown as a powerful ambitious individual who isn't 'evil' just strict. There are a couple of great soliloquies in the movie, one about self responsibility and in the end about the nature of man and jehova.
Don't forget the Ninth Gate, which we have discussed here. By the same director of Rosemary's Baby (Roman Polanski) very good/interesting.
I am a movie buff, so I tend to look at the picture as a whole. Also you might find interesting the Showtime TV program Bullshit with Penn and Teller. They are atheists and libertarians, so they have some interesting things to say.

Some consider the Golden compass satanic, and in many ways it is.
A little known movie that I ENJOYED....Satanic,....is called CRAZY AS HELL.
Its made by the black guy in the ER sitcom. Whats his name? Anyway, he plays Satan in it.
Very interesting plot and one of those that surprises you at the end.
I recommend it....Crazy As Hell is what its called.
