The Fountain.
ok, first!
For any one who has not seen it yet, its an extremely odd movie.
Personally. As a movie, its beautifully made. The effects are extremely intricate and awe inspiring, the acting is good and even though it goes back and forth a bit, it still keeps the theme together with out losing the viewer. Not to mention I like the soundtrack, vary earthy.

For those of you who have seen it. the story line, what do you make of it?
Basically its this guy who is literally flowing in the middle of the space heading to this nearby nebula. The whole movie is this man constantly remembering the painful part of his life, not one but 2 lifetimes! In which his true love was involved, as if he has tried for ever to be with her and then when he finally is in the next life, she dies.
He come back and forth threw his memories while riding the mythical "tree of life" to the dieing star in this nebula .
In the end of the movie he finally is able to let go of the thoughts and memories that has tormented him for years and (metaphorically speaking of course ) reaches a higher plain of existence (like god head I guess)
Now, about the tree of life? Isn't it like a Celtic belief ( no angry posts, people please! I haven't necessarily educated my self with old stories like the tree of life
)
And its combined with the Mayan's some how.
Any way, like i said, odd movie but I liked it.
now, as far as JOS and members are concerned, what do you guys think about it? cause its definitely not lookin` xian to me and i find it highly curious.
