To have Consciousness is to know the Truth, to discern the true from the false, how the energies work on all levels, to know how to act for the best in all things, to discern the past, the present and the different possible futures, the acts and their innumerable consequences.
Consistency, coherence are naturally born from a state of Consciousness.

For visualization, a good technique which is natural to observe if you open your higher chakras and train, is that the memory of our visual information is retained within the mind, the brain. This can be used.
Be in a trance and open your eyes. Do not focus on anything but only let them open for the light of the environment to enter your eyes. It matters to not be perceptive on the exterior, rather have an inward focus.
Close your eyes and focus on your physical eyes with the intent to see. At one point your brain will reprocess, what you just saw a second ago. Briefly. Train to hold the visual like a photo for seconds. When you close your eyes, inspect with great detail what you see. It is mindblowing, at least to me.
Train mildly with this. It can happen that randomly during the day if you are in a light trance, when you have the eyes open, to see overlap what you just saw in the past a couple of seconds with the present sight. Detach from this when that happens.
This is not a reconstruction but directly experiencing sight as a councious process.
You will eventually see the energy by meditating and will see the same latency of overlapping, the astral and the material.
This comes from understanding that everything there is outside is information decoded by our organs and then processed by the brain. By meditating you can access this processes, you can incentivize to separate the stimuli from the electrical information.
This trained can be of good use in visualization, past life regression and controlling the body.
