An egregor is a massive thought form of a very large group or the mass mind. And , just to interject something else here, Lucifuge Rofocal, and the others who escaped with Him, did NOT receive the implant. They barely escaped with their lives. The yehuborim are directly tied into the enemy (implanted Greys), and Corrupted Beings at the soul. With the technology we now have, news is immediate and global.
