Short film I read about it today in a magazine I picked up in a waiting room. I came home and looked it up curious to see what kind of film would cause a fanatical muslim to brutally murder the director in cold blood in the street in daylight. He shot the director 8 times while he begged for his life then cut his throat and stabbed a note into his chest. The woman who assisted in the film speaks out against Islam and has had many death threats. She refuses to back down. She was also mutilated as a girl her clitoris cut off completely.
Yes graphic to think about isn't it? the film is not really graphic it is simply done and it had me in tears thinking of the millions of women who suffer under this horrid religion. This is a personal interest and deep hatred I have obviously with the prayer I wrote and the following ritual we did it is stories like this that get my blood boiling. When I was younger I had direct experience where I lived and earlier went to school surrounded by them. As a white Australian female I was hated, I was bullied at school after school, and as a young woman had muslim men abuse me in the street threaten me to leave town (devil bitch because I was white wore tight black clothes and makeup and listened to 'devil music' I had to put up with cars of these men pulling up yelling and sometimes threw eggs at me) Fortunately I was never seriously harmed.
I seem to be led to stories and infomation lately concerning this subject in un expected places. This isnt a new story or film I just had not heard about it before.
It reminded me of the very real threat to people who openly opose and speak out against religion the world is full of crazy nutjobs who would be only too happy to put a knife through any one of us. In some countries even now in 2012 they still be-head people. I am so gratefull I was not born in such a place. But there are still religious crazies in all places so we must take care and keep safe.
Here is the film.
