Money Working PDF - Circles Around Sigils

Back in the old forums I remember reading that circles around symbols was a corruption of knowlegde and was done by the enemy to constrain energies.

Is this the case for the symbols used in the money working pdf spell #2; https://blacksun666.org/Money_Spells.pdf

Or is using a circle around a symbol is not always a bad thing?
If this is indeed a corrupted knowlegde which Guardian should we get in contact with so when they have the time to do so it will be updated?
