Tl;dr it was taken out of context and what he meant is he returned from home after-hours to interview the people who were still at school
He never says he was home while it was happening, I looked into this for about an hour the other day and couldn't find anything to prove that. The only thing we have from him is this one quote from this one interview in which he implies he went to school, the day of the shooting on bicycle to film. He never says he was home during a school day so he was obviously implying that he had biked about three miles back to school after the day was over. Probably got picked up, ate something and just biked down the road to film afterschool. He also says he heard "what sounded like gunshots" but never makes mention of knowing it was a school shooting until he returned. I'm pretty sure the feds were just purposefully turning a blind eye to what they knew was going to happen with Cruz in order to capitalize on the situation later on using Hogg as their poster-boy.
David Hogg is hilariously stupid and annoying but I wouldn't exaggerate this too much if we want this shit to stop. The real conspiracy is too obvious so people look deeper and deeper because they can't believe what's in front of their eyes. The truth is that the Federal Government of the United States is infested with sleeper agents like jews and commies.
They simply allowed the shooting to happen, and by they I mean not just the Feds but all of the kids, the teachers, and the Feds as well, because everybody on the left wanted to prove the existence of the "white" terrorist Trump supporter. They bullied him and ignored him until it was time to shine the spotlight on the "evil white terrorist" who is not even white (Cruz). They all wanted this to happen.
Communists don't do anything complex in reality, they just gaslight everyone into thinking they have more power than they do. Like those Numbers Stations the USSR and DPRK put all over the place to make their enemy countries believe they have spies all over the place when it is actually just nonsense broadcasting to fuck with everybody's minds. They mess with the minds of people who are woke on communism but its actually a farse to make us believe they have agents everywhere. Its a classic feature of all communist government to do this.
It is kind of like how a real "agent" would be a Rabbi, but the greater conspiracy would like you to ignore the jews all together and would have you believe the "agent" is the president, media, or whatever other person is lukewarm towards israel and the jews. So to make us focus on the wrong targets.
Its very likely that David Hogg is far too stupid to realize what he's even in on, let alone be in on a conscious conspiracy like that of the jews. The only ones getting calls to stay home from disasters are the jews when Mossad carries out attacks. David Hogg is no rabbi he is just a disposable to them. The Feds needed Hogg to draw attention to the gun control movement and letting him in on the conspiracy would demoralize him too much for him to be useful. So instead, the Feds play innocent to Hogg and blow smoke up his ass by telling him he's an American Hero.
(((They))) the bureaucratic Feds are really just going all out trying to remove guns and turn the country into a UK style nanny state because they are brainwashed to believe that when the truth comes out its going to be like (((the holocaust))) all over again with white people going on a rampage against all humanity. They (The White Feds) are mainly brainwashed into believing we have to suppress the new Nazi movements to avert violence, which is not true at all.
What this does mean is that Hogg is obviously a crisis actor. Crisis actor by definition includes a volunteer who's mission is to portray a victim of a crisis.
