mixed breeds

figure of the past said that aside from a few examples of mixed animal breeds that mixing between animals and different races shouldnt be done . Can anyone give such examples and some thoughts on purebred animals ?

As HPS Pythia stated before, there are different types of fish and birds but they do not mix with each other.

Look up the "Aurochs." It might be an example of 1930s regime creative breeding of various cattle species to bring back an ancient bovine, but I don't know how much of a success they were.
