I got really sick to the point where I was very dizzy, I couldn't breathe very well, my body ached everywhere, and I was horribly nauseous. I really tried to do as much meditation and yoga as I could... On the day I started feeling those symptoms I did one meditation session and then I did my Hatha yoga, which was really hard and pretty painful to do since I was sick. This was on Monday night. I slept through all night and almost all of Tuesday, and I just started feeling better today. I'm angry at myself for not being stronger.. Could I have done anything differently? Also, I'm obviously gonna keep meditating and doing yoga now that I'm healthy again, but will I have lost my previous energy levels, and if so, will they be relatively easy to get back?

Disease manifests itself in your aura a few days before you get sick. Your aura will take on a grayish tinge prior to becoming ill. If you notice you are having a difficult time cleaning your aura, you should clean your aura extra in order to prevent disease.

What if my third eye isn't yet empowered enough to see my own aura? How could I prepare myself for imminent illness? Should I just clean it even though I can't see if there's anything unhealthy clinging on?

There is a meditation/working that you can do to prevent yourself from getting sick in the future which I recommend you do for 80 days.

Make sure to NOT start any meditation/working during a void of course moon. Here is a website to help you track what the moon is doing in your area if you give it your accurate location.

This working is done when you have an energy buzz. Sorround yourself with white gold light and affirm this however many times(on the inhale) you think you have to.
