i herd once that you can hold your breath an it will wake you up i would do the 666 breath while paralyzed in your sleep, but i also heard from someone on this community that they used it to astral project was a great experience they had
so you are paralyzed in your sleep, just use it as a time to experiment, get over the fear an then use it to meditate or try to astral project,

I have had dreams where I heard beautiful music, and couple of times it felt like I was creating it instead of simply witnessing it.
All I can say is that continue on this path steadfast, and one day it should open up.

Yes! That's pretty interesting to read it's happened to others. It's happened to me throughout the years but recently it happened twice within weeks of each other. Pretty sure it happened to me yesterday in the morning. I did an overhaul of my sleep schedule because of some problems so I stood up for 24 hours to reset it so when I sat down and closed my eyes for a bit I would nod off for a moment. I can't uneven remember how it went I just know it was soothing and beautiful.
Would be cool to know it means something but like Henu said we gotta keep advancing to unlock what's this about.

Your astral body has too much energy, creating the "paralysis" feeling. Balancing the Nadis should help that. The music is just your female brain and spiritual experience during the "alertness" of your astral body. If you train and balance yourself, you should be able to will your body to move during the experience and travel.
When I have too much energy I surrender to it and I am able a couple of minutes later to depart, but not all of the time. For example, the Serpentine energy can make the astral body and the actual body paralyzed in a heavenly buzz for hours, nothing can be done but surrender to it. Training must be done, in order to learn and proceed. You can however ignore and not be interested in this kind of experience as well.
Music, smell, taste, traveling to other realms, flying, +++ other extraordinary feelings and experiences happen when the astral body is nurtured and strong enough to be in control of the will and strong enough to sustain distance and other earthly qualities.
When the astral body wakes up, the energies are high, focus on your 3rd eye or crown until energy pours down, or the chakras breathe energy themselves. You can then easily will yourself to depart or to project your consciousness, remote view etc etc. It is also a good time to communicate with your Guardian. I meditate this way a lot and receive visions that way.
To summarize, the astral body needs to be strong, also in density and area of bioelectricity ( all chakras must be open and powerful), the higher chakras must be also open and already trained, to have the consciousness with a strong connection with the astral body when departing ( by meditation). Help from Demons is always the best to learn and have superb experiences. If you have the Serpent active in your body, it matters a lot and can make a difference.

Try to induce the feeling of "Falling Back",this will cause Lucid Dreaming. Lucid Dreaming can be further used in exploring the Astral Senses.

I never or let's say VERY rarely could remember anything about my dreams before starting meditation. Now I seem to remember parts of every night..
Anyway, last night was exceptionally different. Before going to sleep I was trying to induce a trance state but must of eventually fallen asleep.
At one point I woke up. I was lying on my back in bed. I could see my bedroom as it is. Even looked out the partially open curtain and out the window into the night sky. I cant remember exactly what the time was?
Everything felt different though, like muffled. I thought am I in a trance as I felt paralysed and couldn't lift my head off the pillow. I thought if I lift both arms will they leave my body? They did and then my legs, all except my head. My body was floating upwards, feet at the highest point, anchored at my head? I couldn't feel or move my physical body which was still laying on the bed. There was also a dim orange light on the wall in a sort of window or picture frame that i don't have and a womans voice softly singing to beautiful music. It was to my left like it was coming out of a tannoy speaker.
I'm a newbie (dedicated and only started meditating a month ago) and must admit I started to get concerned that if I break free from my physical body how do I get back in. I wriggled my fingers and toes but still couldn't move my physical body.
I asked Father Zeus to help me as I didnt know what was really going on.
I knew my wife was still downstairs as I was alone and called out to her as I couldn't move.
I then saw a black shadow walk into the room and by the shape of the silhouette knew it was my wife. She grabbed my arms and pulled.
My head broke free of the pillow and the orange dim light disappeared and music stopped. I was back in my body and could move as normal. It didnt feel like waking up?
I felt tingles over my body.
However, when I turned back to look at my wife I was all alone..?
She was still downstairs and when I spoke to her, she said she has heard nothing?
Was the shadow figure who helped me my guardian Demon or was it all a dream?
It felt SO real, not like anything I've experienced before and not like any dream..
I thanked Father Zeus and my Guardian Daemon for helping me...
Is this what it's like to enter the Astral? How do you get back in your body after leaving?
I wasnt going to post anything until I saw this thread as I just thought it was me being silly..
