Linux is an opensource OS whereas Windows is not ......but the most important thing is that windows is filled with vulnerabilities whereas Linux is very secure....so basically Microsoft is doing whatever it can to destroy the security of the pc users.

Didn't watch the video, but assuming its true I cant say that I am surprised lmao.

The way I understand it is: Microsoft is adding DirectX12 support to their Linux emulator (WSL). On the surface, it seems weird, as WSL already runs on Windows. Not only that, but WSL is seldom used for graphical applications.

Could this move be an underhanded incentive so that native Linux distros would include Microsoft proprietary code? Maybe, but OpenGL has already gained a lot of support from developers lately. You can see this from the ever larger amount of video games that also release on Linux on a yearly basis. I don't think they'll succeed.
