Google UK internet filter occult or Esoteric. It has been disguised under the veil of 'protecting children from adult content' Occult may be lumped under 'esoteric' content which can be just about anything non mainstream or of a Spiritual or alternative nature. Make no mistake Satanism will be on the list. Imagine not being able to access any Joy Of Satan websites or e groups without having to tick a bunch of boxes. This goes further as many people may be worried about turning the filter off or having their ISP or the government knowing what they want to look at. Having 'esoteric' material on the same list as hardcore porn, violent websites etc will make a lot of people feel uneasy. This is just a sneaky way of blocking infomation from people. It may mean people who would have stumbled upon Satanic infomation in web searching won't.

There are other so called Pagan groups already discussing this on their own forums. I would advise looking into this issue yourselves and keeping up to date with internet censorship in your country.Stay aware, stay informed, research these things and complain. Sign petitions, make noise. Other groups are doing so and I noticed noone had yet mentioned this on our egroups. Whatever the filter ends up blocking in my opinion it is treating adults like children it is censorship and it should be up to Parents to PARENT their children not tell every adult online what they can and cannot look at. I aggree with blocking and shutting down websites that promote or host illegal content and abusive content such as child porn, rape to protect children and prosecute offenders but a country wide filter on content that does not even fall under that banner to me is wrong an abuse of power and another way to control what knowledge people may access. 
The enemy will be aware of and use and exploit any such filtering or censorship to block knowledge and truth about them and Satanism. Make no mistake.I am personally anti censorship and being responsible for yourself and your own family.

For those of you in non-English speaking countries, feel free to translate the writings into your own languages. Knowledge and truth are sacred in Satanism. I also know how they try to shut our people up on yahoo answers and other forums. Work around this.
