Father Satan told me that "Panic anxiety attacks are only that of a powerful aura. They come by certain thoughts. And are just pent up energy from your aura." Leaving this can cause you major problems. But Father Satan has even told me that panic attacks can be used as an advantage in magick, and a way to advance more quickly.
I tried this on a moderator who was pissing me off yesterday on a chatroom, and it worked quite well actually. He left quickly, probably from feeling quite terrible. As that moderator abusing his powers gave me anxiety, I used it against him.
