merging consciousness meditation

[carstensd13]

Today I was practicing merging consciousness. Then afterwards I decided to spin My chakras and do pineal gland energy breathing. While I was doing the pineal breathing I was breathing the energy into My pineal through a link connected to the sun coming from My third eye. Afterwards I visualized myself in front of the sun. Then I visualized Myself inside the sun. I tried to feel the heat, pressure, and gassy surface/atmosphere. The only thing I could see While I was visualizing myself being inside the middle of the sun was light from all directions. I did this for a good five minutes. Atleast I think it was five minutes. Then I imagined the sun being in front of me. Just in a much smaller, condensed form. I then continued to lift My astral arms and feel the energy flow through me. Which I definitely felt. I literally felt like the sun had a "personality". By the time I did this I was in a very deep trance state. I felt extreme euphoria afterwards. I want to try this with the moon, but I have not done very much energy workings with the moon. So I feel like I do not have as much as a "connection" with the moon as I do the sun. Anybody ever tried this?

I've merged with the moon a few times but not the sun, lol.

If you go outside on a clear night when theres a full moon. You can feel the energy in the air and all around you. This is the feeling you'll be looking for when atempting the moon.
I would recomend spending a night when the moon is full and the sky is clear, just sitting outside under it and breathing the moon's energy in through your third eye and into your pineal gland. This will help you get a good feel for the moon's energy.

It felt real. If I would have actually been in the center of the sun I would literally been crushed. Not to mentioned melted. I did get overheated and the brightness kind of hurt My eyes even though they were never open during the working. I have extensively worked with the sun and I cannot describe to you with words of the affection and respect that I have for the sun. (I respect everything natural) I literally feel like I know the sun. It is a strange feeling. I feel the need to do a working with the moon tonight.

I did this, at about 230 a.m.. (i know I'm up way too late, working night hours and then day hours effects the sleeping patterns) but sadly the moon was void of course tonight. I was able to breathe in lunar energy and merge consciousness with the moon. I felt like if I did it on another day it would be a more productive and important experience. But it is a voc moon. Not good for anything. I also took some time to "get to know" the moons feeling. It was.. something. A full moon will be much more exhilerating. I agree, the atmoshpere from a full moon is intense and you don't even need to focus deeply to feel it.
